• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

3Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

WalletIX offers free access alongside paid Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime Premium tiers:

• Billing Cycle: Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Refund Guarantee: We offer a 7-day hassle-free money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
• Price Modifications: Any pricing changes will be communicated via email 30 days prior to taking effect.

4Group Splits & Shared Expenses Disclaimer

WalletIX acts as a mathematical calculation tool for tracking group expenses and debt balances among travel buddies or roommates. WalletIX is not a banking institution or money transmitter. Actual monetary settlements occur directly between users using third-party payment methods (e.g. UPI, cash, bank transfer).

5Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, app interface designs, software code, and graphics in WalletIX are the exclusive property of WalletIX. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

6Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletIX and its developers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime, data entry errors, or third-party network disruptions.
